Caddo Council on Aging Hosts Dementia Resource Fair

Shreveport, LA – The Caddo Council on Aging invites the public to attend its upcoming Dementia Resource Wellness Fair on May 7, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The event will be held at the Bill Cockrell Community Center, located at 4109 Pines Road, Shreveport, LA 71119.

This informative event is free and will feature speakers presenting on a variety of dementia-related topics, along with local vendors offering valuable information on community resources and services available to seniors and their caregivers.

Attendees will also enjoy refreshments and have the opportunity to win door prizes.

The Dementia Resource Wellness Fair is designed to support caregivers, individuals living with dementia, and community members by increasing awareness and access to essential services for older adults.
