After you sign up on the website or over the phone and enter basic information about yourself and your loved one (like address and payment method) you or your loved one can order a ride from any phone. **Restrictions: GoGoGrandparent subcontracts with Lyft drivers to facilitate rides. Lyft is a curb to curb service and therefore GoGoGrandparent cannot work with anyone that needs a trained caregiver to lift them into a car. Additionally, they cannot ask drivers to enter a building.
